Lake Wylie report
I st trip of the spring today, started just as last fall ended with me not catching a dang thing. Had trouble right off the bat with getting the boat started. Cranked fine but just did not want to fire up, Was just about to pull the plug when on the last attempt it started, ran fine after that. Think it may have been stale gas in the line. It would not have mattered the lake was all muddied up and the wind was kicking hard (white caps and rollers) water temp was 57 and warmed up to 63. With the wind spent the day throwing cranks baits and spinner baits. Aside from the wind it was a beautiful day and the lilacs were in bloom .

Nice pics ! Glad you were able to get out. I am going nuts right now waiting on my motor to be repaired. It looks like it won't be in service until next Monday. Were the fish co operating any at all ?
