Best soft plastic for Dirty water

I'm looking for the best types of soft plastic (worms leeches etc) and the best colors used for dirty water. Even if you wanna say how you rig it up that would be awesome

I'm no expert but I like the pumpkin and motor oil colors in the dark waters I fish. I tend to do better with 4 to 6 in worm type baits although I also do OK with 3 inch grubs. Jig heads on the grubs and texas rig on the worms. Hope this helps.
